Arbitrations:

A99-28 - Placing DF1 and Power and Utility areas on 12 hour schedules, even though the areas
did not have the agreed vote percentage to go to a 12 hour schedule. It has been voted
by both the Albemarle unit and Local to take this grievance to arbitration. The company
& Union have chosen arbitrator Donald Goodman. This case was taken to arbitration on
March 27, 2001, & the briefs were mailed to the arbitrator on June 11, 2001. The FMCS
allows the arbitrator up to 90 days after receipt of the briefs to make a decision.

Bulletins:

It's been reported that we have union brothers and/or sisters detailing as foreman and
causing other union brothers or sisters to be drafted on overtime.  PACE, Local 4-6000,
believes it's our OBLIGATION to watch out for each other and NEVER detail as Foreman
if it causes a Union Brother or Sister to be drafted on overtime.
