by both the Albemarle unit and Local to take this grievance to arbitration. The company
& Union have chosen arbitrator Donald Goodman. This case was taken to arbitration on
March 27, 2001, & the briefs were mailed to the arbitrator on June 11, 2001. The FMCS
allows the arbitrator up to 90 days after receipt of the briefs to make a decision.Grievances:
