BP Amoco & the union have been negotiating for some weeks now concerning the exit of the Alcohol

a MOA presented to the union by the company.  This MOA was voted down 36 to 6.

Bulletins:

It's been reported that we have union brothers and/or sisters detailing as foreman and
causing other union brothers or sisters to be drafted on overtime.  PACE, Local 4-6000,
believes it's our OBLIGATION to watch out for each other and NEVER detail as Foreman
if it causes a Union Brother or Sister to be drafted on overtime.
